California requires a CTC accredited induction program for the Clear credential, with mentoring that starts in the first 30 days.
Two year, job embedded, mentor based induction is the route to the Clear credential.
Each candidate needs an Individual Learning Plan (ILP) within the first 60 days.
Mentors must be matched within the first 30 days of enrollment.
