Our story
Avalern started inside California induction programs, where coordinators were running mentor matching, ILPs, and state reporting across spreadsheets, forms, and email. We built the platform those coordinators asked for: one place to run the whole program, with the records always ready for review. Today Avalern supports induction and professional learning programs in several states.
